Altech is an independent agency, which means no insurance company owns our shelf and none of them pays us to steer you. When you ask for a quote, we shop it across 18 carriers, from national names to Northwest regionals, and walk you through what came back in plain language. Sometimes the honest answer is your current policy, and we will tell you so.
The rest is harder to copy. Neil and Jan opened this office in 1999, their daughter is licensed here now, and the whole agency is a handful of people in one office off NE 13th Ave. Call during office hours and a person answers, one who can see your policy and who will still be here at renewal.
