Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Altech Insurance Agency website and client portal. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Our Services
Altech Insurance Agency is an independent, licensed insurance agency in Vancouver, WA. This website provides general information about our services and lets existing clients request service and view their policies. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, or a confirmation of coverage. Coverage is bound only in writing by a licensed representative and the applicable insurance carrier, and the carrier's policy documents are the official record of your coverage.
Using This Website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit false information. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Client Portal Accounts
The client portal is for existing Altech Insurance clients. When you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your email and device secure. The information shown in the portal is intended for the account holder and the policyholder it belongs to. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us right away.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
When you choose "Text me a code" in our client portal, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message from Altech Insurance Agency at the mobile number on file for your policy. We use these messages only to verify your identity for portal access. They are not marketing messages.
Message frequency varies and is typically one message per sign-in or verification attempt. Message and data rates may apply.
For help, reply HELP or call us at 360-573-3080. To stop receiving these texts, reply STOP; you can still verify your identity by email instead.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-Party Links and Carriers
Our site links to other websites, such as insurance carriers, for quotes, payments, account access, and information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your dealings with any carrier or third party are between you and them.

This does not limit any rights you have under your actual insurance policies, which are governed by their own terms.
