Roadside Assistance
Not sure who to call? Start with us
Most auto policies include some form of roadside assistance, whether it’s a tow, a jump start, a tire change, a lockout, or a bit of fuel. If you’re not sure whether you have it or who to call, reach out to us and we’ll point you to the right place. It’s one more reason to have a local, independent agent in your corner.

Does using roadside assistance count as a claim?
Usually not. A tow, a jump start, or a lockout is normally handled as a service call rather than an at-fault claim, but it can depend on your policy and your carrier. If you’re not sure, call us first and we’ll tell you the best way to handle it before you do anything.
