Information you provide. When you submit a form on this site, such as a quote request, a contact message, or a referral, we receive the information you enter. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your insurance needs. We use this information to respond to you and to provide the products and services you ask about.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated visit statistics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy friendly and does not use cookies to track you across sites. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect usage statistics and, where enabled, general demographic and interest information. This automatic information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Live chat. Our live chat is provided by tawk.to, a third-party service. As noted in the chat consent prompt, these conversations are monitored and recorded so that we can respond to you and improve our service. Your use of the chat is also subject to the privacy practices of tawk.to.

Spam protection. Our forms may use a spam-protection check to tell real visitors from automated bots. This check processes limited technical information about your browser only to confirm that you are human.

We use the information we collect to respond to your requests, prepare insurance quotes, service your policies, communicate with you, maintain and improve the site, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

To provide quotes and service your policies, we share the information you give us with the insurance carriers and underwriters we work with as an independent agency. We also rely on trusted service providers to operate the site and our communications, including analytics, live chat, email delivery, and hosting. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

If you use our client portal and choose "Text me a code," we send a one-time verification code by text to the mobile number on file for your policy, through a trusted messaging provider (Twilio) that processes the message only to deliver it for us. We use these texts only to verify your identity for portal access, never for marketing.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies and is typically one message per sign-in or verification attempt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of these texts, or HELP for help; you can still verify your identity by email instead.

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our analytics providers use them to understand how the site is used. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
