Information you provide. When you submit a form on this site, such as a quote request, a contact message, or a referral, we receive the information you enter. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your insurance needs. We use this information to respond to you and to provide the products and services you ask about. Form submissions are kept on our website systems for five years from the date you send them and then deleted; the copy in our office email and in your client file with the agency is kept according to our records policy and applicable insurance regulations.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated visit statistics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy friendly and does not use cookies to track you across sites. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect usage statistics and, where enabled, general demographic and interest information. This automatic information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Live chat. Our live chat is provided by tawk.to, a third-party service. As noted in the chat consent prompt, these conversations are monitored and recorded so we can respond to you and improve our service. Your use of the chat is also subject to the privacy practices of tawk.to.

Spam protection. Our forms may use a spam-protection check to tell real visitors from automated bots. This check processes limited technical information about your browser only to confirm you are human.

Forms your agent sends you. When you are working with one of our agents on a quote, the agent may email you a private link to a short form so you can finish it yourself. To open it we send a one-time code to the mobile number on file, or by email when we have no mobile number. Depending on the quote, the form may ask for your date of birth, driver license number, vehicle identification numbers, and details about your home and current insurance. Everything you enter is encrypted while it is stored, only the agent who sent the link (or an agency administrator) can read it, and the copy on the form system is deleted on a fixed schedule once the agent has brought it into your quote. The link expires on the date shown in the email.

We use the information we collect to respond to your requests, prepare insurance quotes, service your policies, communicate with you, maintain and improve the site, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

To provide quotes and service your policies, we share the information you give us with the insurance carriers and underwriters we work with as an independent agency. We also rely on trusted service providers to operate the site and our communications, including analytics, live chat, email delivery, and hosting. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or when we believe in good faith the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

If you use our client portal and choose "Text me a code," we send a one-time verification code by text to the mobile number on file for your policy, through a trusted messaging provider (Twilio), which processes the message only to deliver it for us. We use these texts only to verify your identity for portal access, never for marketing.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies and is typically one message per sign-in or verification attempt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of these texts, or HELP for help; you can still verify your identity by email instead.

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our analytics providers use them to understand how the site is used. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including serving this site over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, such as insurance carriers, for quotes, payments, and information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies, which may differ from ours.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
