Neil started his insurance career in 1985, right after graduating from Central Washington University, and has been selling and servicing personal and commercial policies ever since.
Neil and Jan, husband and wife, opened Altech Insurance in 1999. Before Altech, Neil was an Allstate manager. He has two daughters, one of whom joined the agency, and five grandchildren.
He enjoys spending summers with family in the Puget Sound, golfing, and bowling.
